What we publish
AI Girlfriend Lab is an evidence-first review site for AI girlfriend and emotional companion apps. We publish hands-on reviews, head-to-head comparisons, scenario-based best lists, pricing breakdowns, and guides that help adults choose apps without marketing fluff.
We are not a generic “best AI chatbot” site. Our rubric weights romantic chemistry, memory, media limits, privacy controls, and real monthly cost—not coding tutors or homework helpers.

How we cover AISOUL & affiliate relationships
